International Services

of Electoral News

(ISEN) Starts on November 6, 2001.

They arise as a result of an agreement between the Electoral Tribunal, the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights (IIDH) and the Electoral Advisory and Promotion Center (CAPEL), which functions as the executive secretariat of the Inter-American Union of Electoral Organizations (UNIORE).

The International Service of Electoral News (ISEN) began on October 21, 2002, through an agreement between the Electoral Tribunal and the Under-Secretary for Political Affairs of the United Nations (UN).

Both SINE and ISEN provide daily a personalized news service with political - electoral themes, highlighting the activities carried out by the different electoral organizations in favor of democracy.

Electoral Organizations of the American Continent, International Organizations, Organization of American States (OAS), the United Nations Organization (UN), Academic Centers of Excellence, National Political Parties, Dependencies of the National Government, national and international NGOs and directors of the Electoral Tribunal of Panama, are part of our users.

SINE / ISEN have been praised for the quality of their information services.
